Cancel order policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by sending an email to support@luxedet.com with your order number.
If more than 24 hours have passed, please still contact us — if your order has not yet been shipped, we may still be able to cancel it.
Once we confirm the cancellation, we will notify you and begin processing your refund. The refund will be applied to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
I did not receive my order yet. Can I cancel it and get a full refund?
If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may still return the product once received, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
I mistakenly entered an incorrect shipping address. Can I cancel the order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can often update the shipping address without cancelling the order. Please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has already been shipped, we recommend contacting the carrier or reaching out to our support team for next steps.
